Crunchy Digital assessed the business’s needs and discovered the best strategy to move forward with during the client’s initial discovery call. Creating a plan to utilise Facebook and Instagram, we embarked on our strategy to increase brand awareness and direct leads for the business.

The Solution

The Crunchy Digital team created a Facebook and Instagram Ads campaign to attract a local audience of health and wellness-focused individuals for the clinic. Our team researched the most effective audience targeting methods, created custom images for the client’s offering and set the campaign live within two weeks of onboarding. With the goal of getting more online bookings via the client’s Fresha patient management system, the team also utilised Lead Generation ads with a patient information form to collect the prospect’s information.

The social media content plan was created to represent the business’s unique branding and tone. Twelve content pieces for Facebook and Instagram were outlined to be approved by the client within the first two weeks of our services beginning.

What Happened Next

The Results

Our Meta Ads achieved an average of 20,200 impressions and 270 clicks per month. This was a click-through rate (CTR) of 1.16% and a cost-per-click (CPC) of $2.69.

Most importantly, the clinic’s cost per lead was an average of $15 per on-Facebook lead and they were receiving an average of 51 leads per month. For reference, the client charges $300 for the average single session and has an average lifetime value of $1,200 per booked client.
